Welcome to JGuiB v3.1 (built#: b012714)!

How to install
--------------
1. make sure that your system has been installed with
JavaVM (JRE for PC/Windows OS), and the PATH of
java.exe must be accessible by the system from any
directory/folder. Mac OS X users should be fine with
OpenJDK (v6 or 7; v7 is preferred) as bundled with OS.
Do not install Oracle Java; otherwise, it may not work.

2. Before running JGuiB, please go to http://www.boomer.org to
download BOOMER first. For Windows user, please download "Windows
version Version 3.3.1 [13 Apr 2006]. Unzip it to any folder you
like. For Mac OS X user, please download "Macintosh OS X Triple
Universal (ppc, i32 and i64) Version 3.3.7" which is called
"boomer.337.apk". And click the file to install it. You can
find boomer at the folder of "/usr/bin".

3. Now you can go to unzipped folder of JGuiB and double click the
file "JGuiB.jar". For the first time, you will be asked to find
BOOMER executive file. Please go to the folder where you have
unzipped it for Windows user. For Mac OS X user, go to the
folder of "/usr/bin" and click boomer. Then, please exist
JGuiB now. Nothing will go wrong if you insist on running
JGuiB right now. However, for some systems, we will suggest
that user should exist JGuiB for their the first time.

4. For users of linux (linux distros) ONLY: please move the following
folders/files to your 'home/username'- 'UserDefModels', 'Examples',
   and 'BuildInModels' plus one pdf file (JGuiB User's Guide.pdf);
otherwise, you will not see anything under "PK/PD Modeling"
(the first Tab). Also, for better text display of output file
for ubuntu, please make sure that your system have 'DejaVu Sans Mono'
font. We use 'DejaVu Sans Mono' font to display output. You can open any
application such as'gedit' or 'AbiWord' under your ubuntu and go to
Preferences to see if 'DejaVu Sans Mono' font is on the list. Just make
sure about it. freeBSD or BSD distro (e.g., OpenBSD & ghostBSD) may get
incorrect font display (not with a monspaced font). This will be
   fixed later.

5. Please note that the generated output file will be saved as
'ouput.OUT', which can be found in the folder where the project
file is located. However, users need to save the project (top menu
-> File -> Save project) first after running a project; otherwise,
the output file cannot be saved as expected.
